Role Description This is a full time, on-site Chartered Accountant role located in Rajkot.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, prepare and review financial statements, adhere to the company law matters and ensure compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include handling direct and indirect tax matters, supporting audits, preparing working papers and documentation, and assisting with statutory and internal audit assignments. The role involves advising clients on financial planning, tax optimization,



and regulatory changes, as well as responding to queries and coordinating with authorities when required.

The Chartered

Accountant will work closely with team members to maintain high professional standards and meet deadlines for filings and reports.

Qualifications
Recognized Chartered Accountant qualification with valid membership in the appropriate professional body
Experience in direct and indirect taxation, including return preparation, compliance, and basic tax planning and Company matters
Practical exposure to audit procedures, working paper preparation, and regulatory documentation
Proficiency in accounting and tax software, spreadsheets, and general office productivity tools
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for client interaction
Ability to work in office, manage multiple assignments, and meet time-bound deliverables
Prior experience in a CA firm or similar professional services environment is an advantage
