Job Overview: We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Property Management to onboard property management clients and drive business growth through client meetings, proposals, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet prospective clients and understand their property management requirements.
Prepare and present proposals and service offerings to clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements.
Coordinate agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Onboard new property management clients and hand over to the operations team.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships and generate referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets and report progress to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).




3 – 5 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good knowledge of the local property market and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Valuable presentation and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
