The role involves creating, reviewing and proofreading engaging, creative and high-quality content for the hospitality and tourism industry across multiple platforms, including email campaigns, blogs, social media and website pages.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality, engaging and original content related to the hospitality and tourism industry.
Write marketing content for email campaigns, blog posts, website pages and social media platforms.
Review, edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity and grammatical correctness.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies and campaigns.
Conduct research on hospitality trends, customer behaviour and competitor content.
Maintain consistency in tone, style and messaging across all communication channels.
Ensure content is transparent, engaging and appropriate for the target audience.

Key Requirements




Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong command of English grammar, editing and proofreading.
Ability to create creative and engaging marketing content.
Knowledge of digital marketing and content marketing strategies.
Strong attention to detail and reviewing skills.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
