Experience: 2–3 years in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Influencer Marketing, Advertising, or Media)

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi (In office)

Immediate Joining Preferred

Working Days: Mon to Sat (Saturdays WFH)

About the Role :

As a Business Development & Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving current business, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You’ll play a key role in expanding Closer’s brand portfolio and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Influencer Marketing & UGC Ads
Pitch Closer’s services and craft tailored proposals for brands
Build and manage a strong pipeline of brands.




Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
Collaborate with the Client Servicing team for smooth onboarding and execution
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business
Track market trends, competitor activity, and optimize sales strategies

What We’re Looking For :
2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Influencer Marketing agency
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experienced in Influencer Marketing Agency is preferred
Solid understanding of digital & influencer marketing
Excellent communication, pitching & negotiation skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused
