Role & responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Manage high volumes of inbound chat inquiries from clients efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner.
Query Resolution: Understand client requirements, troubleshoot basic software or account issues, and provide accurate information regarding our IT services and solutions.
Escalation Management: Identify complex technical problems and smoothly escalate them to the right internal engineering or support teams.
Data Management: Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and solutions into our CRM software to maintain clean internal records.
Continuous Learning: Complete training on our internal systems, service catalogs, and Tally ecosystem to provide increasingly accurate support.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, B.A., or B.Tech/B.E.). Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with a solid learning mindset are preferred).
Typing Speed: Positive typing speed (minimum 35 to 40 WPM) with high accuracy to handle real-time chats efficiently.
