Qualifications: MBBS, MD in Medicine, and DM/DrNB in Critical Care Medicine.
Role Overview:
Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients and support the effective functioning of the ICU.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and manage ICU patients, including those requiring ventilatory and hemodynamic support.
Perform and supervise critical care procedures.
Coordinate treatment with specialists and lead multidisciplinary ICU rounds.
Respond to emergencies and communicate with patients’ families.
Guide ICU staff and maintain accurate clinical records.
Follow patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.
