Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with painting contractors and applicators, and build solid relationships to generate regular paint material sales.
Conduct regular market and site visits, understand customer requirements, and provide product demonstrations and technical guidance.
Generate enquiries, follow up on quotations and orders, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth product availability and delivery.
Develop and maintain a strong contractor network and track upcoming construction projects for current sales opportunities.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2–6 years of experience in sales of paints by coordinating with painting contractors on-site.
Solid network with painting contractors in Ahmedabad
Experience in handling institutional or B2B sales
Good technical understanding of construction materials
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
