Key Responsibilities
Manage and update records in Zoho CRM.
Maintain customer, school, teacher, distributor and retailer data.
Import, clean and organize database records.
Identify and correct duplicate or incomplete information.
Manage lead allocation, status and follow-up updates.
Create basic customer and lead segments.
Coordinate with Sales, Telecalling and Marketing teams for data updates.
Perform regular CRM data checks and maintenance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
