Responsibilities
Understand client processes and convert them into digital workflows.
Identify inefficiencies and improve business processes.
Manage end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and go-live.
Validate data and reporting using SQL and Excel.
Build dashboards based on business metrics.
Support API integrations and troubleshoot issues.
Drive platform adoption and long-term customer success.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Operations, or Analytics.
Advanced SQL skills.
Solid Excel and data-handling skills.
Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Experience with dashboards, reporting, and business metrics.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
