Key Responsibilities
Manage maintenance tickets and coordinate with vendors.
Track spare parts, shipments, and return deliveries.
Support vendors with field issues, installations, and audits.
Maintain zone-wise inventory and MIS reports.
Coordinate insurance claims and required documentation.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of service tickets.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience B.E./B.Tech (Electrical)

Valuable communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
Robust follow-up, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Quick learner with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
