EdunodeX (Xentovia Tech Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru) builds SaaS for Indian private schools: an AI Admissions Desk that answers parent enquiries on phone, WhatsApp and web chat 24x7 and books campus visits, plus a

School OS (ERP) for fees, attendance and communication.

We are hiring our first school SaaS hunter in Bengaluru. You will own the territory end to end: find owner-run CBSE/ICSE/state-board schools

(500+ students), get in front of the owner or principal, run the demo and close pilots during the 2026-27 admissions season.

What you will do
Book and run 10+ owner-level demos a month, in person, across Bengaluru
Open conversations with an after-hours line audit (we show the school the admission calls it missed)
Convert demos to live pilots, then pilots to paid annual subscriptions
Track every school in the CRM and bring product feedback back to the founders weekly

Who we are looking for
3 to 7 years selling B2B SaaS to private schools: school ERP,



LMS,

admissions CRM, fee collection or similar EdTech
You have personally closed 30+ schools and can show it
Existing relationships with school owners and principals in Bengaluru
Kannada plus Hindi or English; comfortable spending 4 days a week in the field
Hunter, not account manager: you book your own meetings
