Key Responsibilities
Manage statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance across India and international entities.
Handle compliance requirements for entities in Singapore, India, USA, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and other jurisdictions.
Manage compliance calendars, filings, documentation, and reporting.
Support FEMA and international compliance requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants,
and internal teams.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
Identify compliance gaps and support corrective actions.
Requirements
CA qualification is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in compliance, audit, finance, or a related field.
Robust knowledge of Indian statutory compliance.
Exposure to FEMA and international compliance is preferred.
Robust analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Diploma/Certification in FEMA or International Compliance is an added advantage.
