We are looking for a Compliance Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to handle legal, regulatory and corporate compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle IEPF claims, share recovery, transmission and duplicate share processes.
Manage IEPF filings and documentation.
Handle PAS-6 compliance and MCA filings.
Manage incorporation and statutory compliance of Companies & LLPs.
Coordinate with RTA, CS, IEPF and other regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines and IEPF Rules.
Prepare legal documents, reports and compliance updates.
Requirements:
Graduate
35 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of SEBI/RBI guidelines & IEPF compliance
Legal drafting and MS Word skills
Knowledge of securities, share transfer & investment processes
Positive communication and decision-making skills
