Drive annual budgeting, financial forecasting, reporting, and projections.
Manage and analyse cash flow and fund flow at both project and company levels.
Lead the finalisation of company accounts as per IND AS.
Monitor and control balance sheets with respect to project timelines and costs.
Manage internal and external audits and ensure statutory compliance.
Handle tax planning, tax management, and relevant company law matters.
Manage banking relationships and coordinate with financial institutions.
Handle investor relations and provide financial information as required.
Lead, manage, and motivate the finance team.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and provide financial insights to management.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
