Data Analyst – Sales

Interserve Solutions Ltd. (Indian Branch of Occom Networks Australia)

We are looking for a Data Analyst ( Sales) to support the sales team through reporting, performance tracking, data analysis, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and consolidate sales data.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
Track targets, achievements, conversions, revenue, and KPIs.
Monitor leads, sales pipelines, and customer acquisition.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities from sales data.
Maintain accurate sales databases and trackers.
Validate data and identify discrepancies.
Track individual and team performance against targets.
Prepare dashboards and provide data-driven insights.
Support sales forecasting and planning.
Improve and automate reporting processes where possible.

Requirements
Graduate in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2.5–3 years of experience in Data Analysis,



Sales Analytics, MIS, Business Analytics, or Reporting.
Robust MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
Power BI/dashboard experience will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Preferred: Experience in Sales Analytics, Telecom/ISP, Sales MIS, Business Reporting, or Commercial Operations.

Location: Sector 75, Mohali | Work From Office

Working: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
