Air Export & Cross Trade Executive

Job Responsibilities

Handle Air Export and Cross Trade shipments from start to finish.

Prepare competitive freight quotations, job costing, and rate negotiations.

Coordinate with local and international clients, airlines, and overseas agents for smooth shipment execution.

Negotiate freight rates and service terms with airlines and overseas partners.

Manage MNC client accounts and ensure timely execution of critical shipments.

Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and overseas agents to ensure seamless shipment movement.

Maintain solid knowledge of customs procedures, airport operations, and export documentation.

Independently manage freight forwarding operations and customer service.

Ensure timely job invoicing,



shipment updates, MIS reports, and documentation.

Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
