We are looking for an experienced and confident Architect Coordinator / Business Development Executive to coordinate with architects, conduct meetings, build professional relationships, and develop recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and conduct meetings with architects, interior designers, and design firms.
Visit architects and firms to introduce company products/services.
Build and maintain solid professional relationships with architects.
Understand project requirements and communicate them to the internal team.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through architect networks.
Follow up regularly with architects regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
Generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of requirements.
Maintain records of meetings, leads, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
Achieve assigned business development and relationship-building targets.





Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architect coordination, business development, sales, client relationship management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in meeting and communicating with architects.
Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities.
Willingness to travel for architect meetings and site visits.
Ability to generate leads and develop business opportunities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel/CRM is preferred.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally preferred.
