Aarna Infra Developers is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales and business development targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
Identify potential customers and understand their real estate requirements.
Explain property projects, investment opportunities, pricing, and project benefits to customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
Develop new client and broker or channel partner networks.
Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and project teams to support customer requirements.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Business Development, or Property Sales preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer handling and negotiation skills.
Ability to make cold calls and conduct regular lead follow-ups.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is an advantage.
Ability to convince customers and build long-term relationships.
