What You’ll Work On
Microsoft Azure VMs & Windows Server
IIS, cPanel/WHM & hosting environments
Domains, DNS, SSL & business emails
Website & application hosting
Deployment & troubleshooting of .NET, PHP & Node.js applications
SQL Server / MySQL basics
Backups, restores, monitoring & basic server security
Troubleshooting hosting, email, DNS, SSL & database issues
Domain, hosting & SSL renewals
Coordination with developers, hosting providers & vendors
Direct client communication through phone, email & WhatsApp

What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud,



hosting, server administration or technical support

Solid knowledge of Azure, Windows Server, IIS & cPanel/WHM

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Valuable spoken and written English

Skilled and polite client communication

Strong ownership and follow-up skills

Ability to handle urgent technical issues calmly
