Cloud Support Engineer

Shift Requirement
24x7 rotational shifts with weekend support as required.
Indicative shift timings

5:00 AM – 2:00 PM/12:00 PM – 9:00 PM/8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure-based cloud platforms.
Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
Support customer onboarding, platform usage, integrations, and technical issues.
Provide L1 support for Kubernetes environments and cloud-native applications.
Troubleshoot issues related to access, connectivity, performance, deployments, and monitoring.
Work with Grafana, GitOps, CI/CD tools, NoSQL databases, and hybrid cloud settings.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.





Required Skills
3+ years of experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Operations, or Platform Support.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.
Robust knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and production support.
Experience with Grafana and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI/ML, GPU infrastructure, or data-intensive workloads.
Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or other IaC tools.
CKA certification is an advantage.
