Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat channels.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Follow process guidelines, SOPs and quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation and update customer information.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive typing and written communication skills for Chat & Email.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple systems.
Customer-focused attitude with valuable problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts / rotational week-offs .
