Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information regarding loan products.
Explain loan-related products, processes, and basic eligibility requirements clearly.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
Achieve assigned monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a skilled and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

Eligibility & Skills
Previous telecalling experience is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also be considered.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of banking and loan products.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
