Key Responsibilities
PC-DMIS Programming: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot automated measurement programs using PC-DMIS software based on CAD models and technical drawings.
CMM Operation: Set up part alignments, qualify/calibrate probes, and run first-article, in-process, and final dimensional inspections.
Blueprint Analysis: Read and interpret complex engineering requirements, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) symbols.
Data & Quality Reporting: Analyze measurement results, log non-conformances, generate inspection reports, and support root-cause analysis.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of CMM hardware and probes.
