Role Details
Position: Consumer Relations Intern
Location: Saki Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai (On-site / Full time)
Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Stipend: INR 5,000 per month

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact point across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, calls, and marketplaces.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a brand-aligned manner.




Assist in managing customer communities and driving active participation.
Route inbound leads to appropriate internal teams and assist with survey and feedback processes.
Track consumer behavior trends and share operational feedback with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Skills and Attributes
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to handle daily customer communications.
Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment with effective multitasking skills.
Interest in consumer experience, community building, or FMCG/D2C operations.
