Key Responsibilities • Drive and achieve regional business, operational, and revenue targets.
Oversee operations across multiple cities in the Western Region, including budgeting and resource planning.
Lead, mentor, and manage regional operations teams, setting explicit performance objectives and KPIs.
Plan, evaluate, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure all products and services comply with client requirements, regulatory norms, and company standards.
Monitor adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate closely with the Central Operations Team for strategy alignment and execution.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial reports.
Handle escalated customer issues, operational incidents, and coordinate on legal or compliance matters when required.
Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Must have warehouse experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
