We are looking for ITI Fitter candidates to work in our manufacturing/production operations. Candidates with experience in CNC machine operation and handling will be preferred.
Semi-skilled candidates are also welcome. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and handle CNC machines as per production requirements.
Perform machine setup, loading/unloading, and basic operational activities.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
Perform fitting, assembly, and related mechanical work.
Inspect components and ensure they meet required dimensions and quality standards.
Follow production schedules and maintain workplace safety standards.
Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities.
Report machine or production issues to the supervisor.
Maintain proper housekeeping and follow company safety procedures.
Required Skills
ITI qualification in Fitter trade.
Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment.
CNC machine handling experience will be an advantage.
Ability to understand basic engineering drawings and measurements.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting.
Valuable discipline, teamwork, and attention to quality.
Fresh / Semi-Skilled Candidates
Semi-skilled candidates with limited experience can also apply.
The company will provide on-the-job training to suitable candidates to develop their CNC machine handling and production skills.
Salary
Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, skills, and technical capability.
