Project Scale: Large-scale construction projects

Job Responsibilities:
Execute and manage large-scale civil construction projects from start to completion.
Handle complete site execution, planning, manpower, materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, project management teams, vendors, and clients.
Manage multiple construction activities and teams simultaneously.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Monitor project progress, costs, billing, and resource utilization.
Demonstrate robust financial, technical,



and execution capability for high-value projects.

Required Profile:
Proven experience handling large-value construction projects.
Robust financial and execution capacity.
Established team, manpower, and vendor network.
Robust knowledge of civil construction, project management, contracts, and execution.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-management skills.
Candidates/contractors with experience in ₹100 Cr+ projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,300.00 - ₹69,000.00 per month
