Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cancellation Desk – CRM Executive to handle customer cancellation requests, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth and timely processing of cancellations as per company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer requests related to booking cancellation, withdrawal, and refund processes.
Receive, verify, and process cancellation requests and required documents.
Communicate with customers regarding cancellation procedures, timelines, deductions, and refund policies.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts/Finance, Legal, and other internal teams for cancellation approvals and processing.
Maintain accurate records of cancellation requests, approvals, refunds, and supporting documents.
Follow up with respective departments to ensure timely closure of cancellation cases.
Address customer queries and concerns related to cancellation and refund status.
Ensure all cancellation cases are processed in accordance with company policies and applicable terms and conditions.




Prepare regular reports and MIS related to cancellations, refunds, and pending cases.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate manager for resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally.
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Prior experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Service / Cancellation & Refunds will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, real estate, cancellation desk, or a related role.
Experience in handling real estate booking cancellations and refunds will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
