Deputy Channel Manager (DCM)

Key Responsibilities The role of the Deputy Channel Manager (DCM) will primarily focus on the following 5 key areas:
Recent Lead Generation &
Channel Manager Support
Generate new Business Partner/Franchisee leads and support the Channel Manager in developing the pipeline.
Coordinate with prospects and assist in converting qualified leads into Business Partners.
Support the Channel Manager in various business development activities.
Business Development for New Franchisees
Focus on account opening, revenue generation, and TPD product penetration for newly onboarded franchisees.
Help current franchisees build their initial client base and generate business.
Track their performance and support them in achieving their business targets.
Franchisee Onboarding &
Software Training
Ensure smooth onboarding of every current franchisee.
Provide training on all required company software, platforms, processes, and tools.




Complete the required software and process training within 5 days of the franchisee's login/activation.
Ensure the franchisee is comfortable and operational on all relevant systems.
Product Training &
Manufacturer Coordination
Coordinate with manufacturers such as Bajaj, Tata, and other product partners to arrange product training for new franchisees.
Organize training sessions either online or physically at the franchisee's location, depending on the requirement.
Ensure franchisees receive adequate product knowledge and are able to effectively promote and sell the products.
Reporting &
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain regular reporting of franchisee onboarding, account opening, revenue, product activation, and training activities.
Complete any additional tasks, assignments, or responsibilities given by the reporting manager/Channel Manager.
Provide timely updates and reports as required by management.
