Key Responsibilities :-

Guest Service & Customer Satisfaction
Welcome and attend to guests professionally, ensuring a warm and pleasant dining experience.
Ensure timely and accurate order taking, food delivery, and table service.
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests promptly and escalate issues when required.
Monitor guest satisfaction and take necessary steps to improve service quality.

Restaurant Operations
Supervise stewards and service staff during daily operations.
Ensure proper table setup, restaurant readiness, and adherence to service sequences.
Coordinate with the kitchen and billing teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
Monitor table turnover, service speed, and operational efficiency during peak hours.
Ensure correct order processing and minimize order errors and delays.

Food Safety, Hygiene & Grooming
Ensure compliance with personal hygiene, grooming, uniform,



and cleanliness standards.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness, table hygiene, service stations, and equipment readiness.
Follow applicable food safety, sanitation, and company SOP requirements.
Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.

Billing, Sales & Cost Control
Coordinate with the cashier to ensure accurate billing and smooth payment processing.
Promote menu items, combos, add-ons, and beverages to improve average order value.
Monitor wastage, breakage, and misuse of restaurant equipment.
Support the management in achieving sales targets and improving guest feedback scores.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
