The role
You join as a co-founder and investor. You own marketing and growth, shape the brand, bring in families and nannies, and help set the company's strategy as we scale.
What you'll do
Build the brand and run digital marketing campaigns
Drive customer acquisition and build long-term family relationships
Research the market, customers and competitors
Build partnerships and work with leadership on product and growth decisions
Contribute financially to the growth of the venture
Who you are
Proven marketing expertise: brand building, digital marketing, campaign execution
Sales experience and solid communication skills
Analytical, and comfortable with financial planning
An entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with startup or co-founding experience
Ready to commit full time to a leadership role, working remotely
Ready to invest in CareKub and make investment decisions alongside the founders
