Role Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a marketing or digital agency environment and a proven ability to identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new clients through cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals




Pitch Lean Hippo's marketing services to potential clients and manage the end-to-end sales cycle
Prepare proposals, presentations, and service decks tailored to client needs
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and retention
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy) to ensure seamless client onboarding
Maintain an updated pipeline and provide regular reports to management
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

Requirements
2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a marketing, digital, or advertising agency
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable with outbound sales and cold calling
Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, content) is a solid advantage
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with any CRM tool is a plus
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
