Key Responsibilities
Review medical records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes
Apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines
Identify missing or unclear documentation and communicate appropriately
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and regulations.

Requirements
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
Valuable understanding of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
Solid attention to detail and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
CPC/CCS certification is an advantage
Candidates with relevant medical coding experience are preferred
