We are hiring Customer Services Associate – Non-Voice Process candidate.
Experience : 0 - 3 Years
Process Type: Domestic Non -Voice – Customer Support
Working Days: 5 days a week
Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
Shift: Rotational shifts
Joining: Immediate
Age Limit: Below 32 years
Role & Responsibilities
Perform non-voice tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Read and write in Tamil to support customer communication.
Ensure compliance with process guidelines and maintain quality standards.
Update records and systems with accurate information.
English communication skills required.
Requirements:
Excellent Verbal Communication in English & Tamil.
Regional language proficiency preferred.
Ability to read and translate their Native language fluently.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
