Daily meetings
check and summarize reports
Support counsellors where needed
Ensure that all leads are effectively engaged. Shuffle leads which are

not being dealt properly by concerned counsellors
Create batches and allocate trainers in ERP
Make necessary arrangements for on campus job drives
