Handle customer queries through an international voice process.
Provide skilled and effective customer support to international customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Follow process guidelines and maintain required quality standards.
Complete assigned tasks accurately while meeting process requirements.
Candidate Profile:
12th Pass or above
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 6 months or more experience in any domain can apply.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in a purely night-shift setting.
Willingness to work in an international voice process.
Immediate joiners preferred.
