Collection executive cum sales Officer :-
Collect EMI/loan payments from customers as per assigned targets.
Follow up with customers regarding due and overdue payments.
Conduct field visits for collection when required.
Communicate with customers regarding repayment schedules, dues, and account-related queries.
Maintain skilled relationships with existing customers.
Identify potential customers and generate current business leads.
Promote and sell loan/financial products offered by the company.
Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets
