UK Day Shift: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM l 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Summary
Ipath Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support Associate – UK Process who possesses excellent communication skills, solid client-handling abilities, and positive knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients, analyzing data, and providing timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client/customer queries professionally through appropriate communication channels.
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
Manage client interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Analyze and interpret data to support business and operational requirements.
Prepare, maintain, and update reports using MS Excel.
Perform data-related tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions.
Follow established processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Prior experience in Data Analysis or handling data/reporting-related activities.
Previous experience in Client Handling / Customer Support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks within deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in UK Process / International Customer Support will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working in UK Day Shift timings.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period may be preferred.
