RM Team Leader / BU Leader Job Posting
Lead the Client Relationship Management (CRM) team and drive overall client relationship, service delivery and business performance.
Own renewal and new business revenue targets, with focus on retention, organic growth, cross-sell and business development.
Manage, mentor and develop a team of Client Relationship Managers (CRMs).
Drive client engagement across Group Medical, Group Accident, Group Life, Travel/Expatriate and Wellbeing advantages.
Lead RFPs, market negotiations, benchmarking, claims reviews and advantages consulting to ensure competitive solutions and successful closures.
Monitor business pipeline, revenue forecasting, income booking and collections and ensure accurate reporting.
Build and maintain solid relationships with HR, CXO-level client stakeholders and insurers.
Ensure effective coordination with internal Client Services, Sales, Legal, Compliance and other business teams.




Drive cross-selling and collaboration across business lines to generate new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with brokerage, legal, regulatory and documentation requirements.

Key Requirements
Strong experience in Employee Benefits / Insurance Broking / Benefits Consulting.
Proven experience in team management, client relationship management, renewals and new business.
Strong understanding of the Indian Employee Perks insurance market.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to engage with clients and insurers at operational and CXO levels.
IRDAI / Broker Qualified License is mandatory; relevant insurance qualification is an advantage.
Broking experience is a must have of atleast 5 years
