Centre Manager – Gamezone
Manage overall centre operations, ensuring smooth and effective daily functioning.
Lead and supervise the operations, guest relations, and support teams.
Drive revenue through admissions, memberships, parties, upselling, and other business prospects.
Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Monitor sales, targets, expenses, inventory, and operational performance.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, service standards, and company SOPs.
Plan and execute birthday parties, events, promotions, and special activities.
Coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing, and other departments for centre requirements.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
Ensure the centre is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
