Position: Civil Site Engineer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Excavation Planning and Management:
Assist in the planning, design, and execution of excavation projects, including site surveys, earthworks, and utilities installations.
Supervise and monitor excavation work, ensuring it meets the project's technical specifications and local regulations.
Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and contracts to ensure proper implementation of excavation procedures.
Site Supervision:
Oversee daily construction activities in office, ensuring safety, quality, and progress.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure the work is completed in a timely and effective manner.
Monitor and manage excavation equipment and machinery usage, ensuring that they are operated safely and maintained regularly.
Quality Control and Compliance:




Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure the work complies with engineering standards, specifications, and legal requirements.
Report and address any discrepancies or deviations from plans and specifications.
Technical Support and Documentation:
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, as well as incident and safety reports.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including site records, as-built drawings, and change orders.
Collaboration and Communication:
Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
Participate in meetings and progress reviews to assess and report on project milestones and deadlines.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues in office, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
