Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage customer communication and coordinate smoothly between customers, sales, production, dispatch, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups through phone and WhatsApp.
Coordinate customer orders with sales, production, and dispatch teams.
Update customers on order status and delivery schedules.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer records and follow-up reports.
Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, and customers.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Malayalam and English required; Tamil is an advantage.
Experience in customer relations, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
