We are hiring for a Tele Collection Executive. Candidates with experience in NBFC or Collections are preferred. Valuable communication and follow-up skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers for timely repayment and payment commitments.
Explain outstanding dues and resolve basic collection-related queries.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers as per assigned schedules.
Negotiate and convince customers for timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and collection status.
Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
