Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
Handle RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering & waterproofing works.
Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural & structural drawings.
Manage subcontractors, supervisors and labour teams.
Monitor quality, progress, manpower and material utilization.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP and Project Manager.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.
Handle site measurements, BBS, material requirements and billing coordination.
Ensure proper safety practices and timely completion of assigned work.
