Role & responsibilities
Monitor, guide, and provide leadership to all technicians.
Supervise machine breakdowns and ensure timely corrective & preventive actions.
Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of machines, instruments, and utilities as per schedule.
Maintain engineering documentation in compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
Ensure all logbooks and engineering documentation activities are maintained online.
Monitor and supervise all electricity-related activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC systems, ACs, water systems, ETP, chillers, DG sets, and other utilities.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.
Perform any other task assigned by the reporting manager
Preferred candidate profile
BTech in Mechanical/ Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronics and Communication Engineering (Regular Education Only must apply. If completed through Correspondence/Distance please DO NOT apply.)
Experience in IVD Medical Device manufacturing/Pharma / Manufacturing industry is preferred
Must have knowledge of HVAC systems, ACs, water system, ETP, STP, Chiller, DG & all other utilities.
Valuable leadership and team handling skills
Familiarity with GMP / QMS documentation preferred
