Role & responsibilities
Sound knowledge of IT Systems/Applications, Networking, IT security, CCTV, Access Control, Cloud platform, O365, etc.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP and Integrations will be an added advantage
Knowledge about SDLC, ITIL and related processes for Incident Mgmt., SRs, CRs etc.
ITIL certification will be an added advantage
Hands on knowledge in SQL, Oracle Database etc.
Basic knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT etc.
Knowledge of latest IT technology and implementation
Implementing IT policies and best practices for the organization
Managing AMC renewals, IT Vendors and IT budgets
Coordinate with Central IT functions to be aligned with corporate standards / policies
Valuable knowledge about business process management and its impact on IT Solutions
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Valuable Communication and Stakeholders management skills
Valuable verbal / written English skills
Positive attitude and team player
Documentation Skills

Preferred candidate profile 7~8 years (Minimum 2 yrs. experience in working in Plant / Factory)
