Position: CRM – Customer Relationship Manager

Experience: 3.5+ Years

Industry: PEB / Pre-Engineered Building

Qualification: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Vadodara / Por

CTC: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer communication and relationship management.
Coordinate with clients from enquiry to order execution.
Understand PEB products, drawings and technical requirements.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase and Project teams.
Prepare quotations, follow-ups and commercial coordination.
Track order status, delivery schedules and client requirements.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain regular client follow-up and develop long-term relationships.




Support business development and repeat orders.

Requirements
3.5+ years of relevant CRM experience.
PEB industry knowledge is mandatory.
Mechanical Engineering background preferred/required.
Solid communication and client-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of PEB processes and technical coordination.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
