Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers regarding assigned requests and provide necessary assistance.
Collect and update relevant customer information.
Provide information and assistance as per defined processes.
Follow up on assigned cases and assist in completion of pending customer queries.
Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Meet defined productivity and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines and processes.
Provide timely and qualified support to customers.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
0–4 years of relevant experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
