: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with mandatory knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and inventory management to maintain accurate records and support daily store and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter purchase, sales, and inventory transactions in Tally.
Maintain stock records and update inventory data.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and stock entries.
Prepare basic reports and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely data entry.

Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.
Tally Prime/ERP knowledge is mandatory.
Basic understanding of accounting and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Positive typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Relevant experience in data entry or inventory management preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
