Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Fundscart is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. In this role, the Relationship Manager will build and manage long-term relationships with individual and family investors, understand their financial goals, and guide them in using Fundscart’s tools and offerings. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, explaining platform features, assisting with mutual fund selection and investment modes (SIP or lump-sum), and providing regular portfolio updates.

Manager will coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries,



ensure smooth transaction processing, and support clients in planning for wealth creation, tax savings, and retirement. The role also involves gathering client feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, and promoting Fundscart’s solutions in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication, trust-building, and customer service.
- Knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, SIP/lump-sum modes, and basic financial planning concepts.
- Ability to explain complex financial information in clear, easy language and guide clients through digital platforms.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, portfolio tracking systems, and standard office software for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in investments or mutual funds are a plus.
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or customer-facing roles in fintech or banking is preferred.
